I told the lady not to cut the back of my hair just a trim on top and sides and the first thing she does is shave the back of my head. which forced me to shave the whole thing. if i could give zero start i would

The women who work in the Sport Clips in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, are welcoming, friendly and ALWAYS work their tales off to provide the best service possible. In a time where no one wants to work, Korah, the manager is there with very little help putting all she has into the the place to keep it running efficiently. The women who are working there now need to be praised for showing up and giving it their all everyday. These women deserve a raise for being punctual even when the place has over an hour wait! I appreciate all they do and am loyal to Sport Clips and keep coming back because of their service!

Booked online appointment using their app for first available at the Rehoboth Beach location which showed a 2 minute wait. Showed up and I was the only customer on deck. There were 4 stylists, three of which were cutting hair while the fourth hid in the back. 15 minutes go by, the three are still cutting hair for their current customers while stylist number 4 remains hiding. 30 minutes go by, same thing. 35 minutes go by, in walks another customer and somehow jumps ahead of me for stylist number 4. 45 minutes go by, three stylists are still with their same customers while number four cuts only two snips of hair for her customer and then disappears to the back to hide. It wasn't like the four were actually cutting hair, but instead were gabbing with the customer, disappearing into the back for 5-10 minutes, gabbing amongst themselves....which all of that is fine to a point, but 45 minutes later the current three customers' hair looked exactly as it did when I first walked in and customer number four had barely been touched. Customer #2 was pretty much bald and I watched his stylist cut literally one lock of hair in 45 minutes. After 45 minutes of waiting I got up and walked out.

I enjoy going to SportClips. Good stylists and they keep records on how I want my hair done -- what # clippers and which is clippers and which is scissors. Check in online or in person is efficient.

This was my first visit to Sport Clips and I will definitely be back. The whole experience was wonderful. I received a great haircut from Ashley, who was very personable and friendly. Korah was also very friendly and pleasant.

Great haircut with Angela. All scissors, as requested. Place was clean, check the wait before hand so there was no waiting and teh products she used I plan to purchase and use at home. (Love the Tea Tree shampoo!) Thanks!!

My husband had his hair cut and they asked him how he wanted the back cut. When he responded that he wanted it squared off she said it would take too much time. REALLY??? There was NO ONE else in the store! She ended up cutting it her way and it didn't even look good. Uneven hairs that we had to clean up when he got home. Last time he goes there. Lack of customer service and obviously no concern for customer retention.
